Horrible contractor, he will bleed you dry if you give him the chance! Takes forever to complete the simplest of tasks, doesn't finish what he starts, lies about regulatory compliance and it becomes your headache later. Over priced, shoddy work and a very arrogant and difficult person to deal with. Don't waste your time.
