I had a frozen pipe that needed repair. I contacted Elliot Rivera (president of TCB plumbing) who told me that the initial visit would be $125 and based on his evaluation he will provide an estimate for the repair. He came as agreed, opened the wall to expose the location of the leaking pipe. He did not repair the pipe, but asked for $500 as an advanced for the work.
