I had a hard time finding any A/C / mechanical company that had experience with heat-pumps in New Hampshire. I explained I wanted a dual-source heat-pump to heat my house in the Spring & Fall. The system works perfectly. Randy was honest, trustworthy, and a man of his word. The system didn't cost me a dime more than his estimate.
