We have extensive experience in purchasing land, designing and building-out projects whether residential subdivisions, office complexes, residential and industrial condominiums, or commercial centers. We have completed numerous residential subdivisions in a variety of designs, sizes and price ranges from cluster housing to luxury waterfront homes. Our largest commercial project to date is the Town Center - a multi-building complex located in the center of South Windsor. Town Center currently includes many national tenants along with specialty shops and offices. All of our projects have been completed with a great deal of pride and integrity. We have a long-standing reputation of credibility with the Town boards, commissions, and staff as well as the general public.
