dont use this guy. he will promise the stars and moon but deliver poor quality workmanship. check out the developments he did in Dover NH in the late 90's and see how poorly they have held up.

Poor quality, unreliable, dishonest. If you have Jeff White build your house you need to hold back enough money to get him to come back and complete his punch list for "1 year warranty". Poorly constructed homes in Dover 1998-2002. Drive thru any of his developments and ask the homeowners about leaky windows, scratch & dent doors he bought on sale, improper deck supports and not lagged, walls out of plumb, etc
