I had a sliding door installed but the screen door that was shipped with it was slightly damaged. Mr. Farber had ordered a replacement for the damaged screen door and it's been almost 2 years now and I still have not had the door replaced after numerous calls to the business #. I did get 1 or 2 responses early on that it was overlooked but after numerous attempts to get back in touch - calls go unanswered. Not good.
