I had Anthony come to give me an estimate to relocate some trees, clean up the front piece of property and fill with large stones. This man smiles, make promises, then does not deliver. He put me off until the spring to finish the jobs...but It was not sincere. I have texts from him that he would return Tuesday to finish what was started...sent him a text requesting a refund for what was not done...no check yet.
