He accidentally put his sign on my lawn as he was painting my neighbor's home. No big deal. I didn't think I needed to ask him to move it, so I moved it onto my neighbor's property. George said, "The owner said that was his property." Again, no big deal. I told him where the property line was, and then he called me a jerk. I then said, "I'm going to tell the owner what you said. He then said, "You ARE a jerk."

- multiple color mixups -payment expected when job not finished -paint splatters on old hardwood floor, was told that I shouldn't expect all the paint to be cleaned up when I spoke to someone about it. -left early 3 days, I wouldn't pay by the day. -pay more for someone you don't have to micromanage
