Someone in a Garofalo & Saraceno Chevy Silverado CT Plate # 33C-M27 Tried to run me off the road today. Then tried to pass me on the grass median, on the left side, the sped by me on the right and threw something at my car and hit my window. This all started because I had to stop quick to prevent myself from hitting the car in front of me that stopped suddenly. This maniac must have thought I stopped short on it.
