Bill was great explaining how his system worked. I was impressed with his need to find the external source of the water, not just waterproof my basement. We walked around my house until he pointed out that the source was beyond my control. My neighbor's drain pipes flow in my direction. His team was very professional and helpful in answering my questions as the work progressed. Two days to compete everything.
